Northeast Range class wins state award

The Northeast Range Film and Television Class at the Annual Minnesota Manufactured Statewide Tour Banquet.

TheNortheastRangeFilmTeam consists of six students from the Film and Television Class, sophomore Brody Lindquist, junior Noah Gonzalez-Van Den Bogaard, junior Chelsey Nelmark, freshman Emilia Swenson, freshman Riley Howela and freshman Iselilja Brandt. The class instructor is Jennifer Kaufenberg.

The team created the film that won first place at the Annual Minnesota Manufactured Statewide Tour Banquet on Thursday, April 25 at Saint Paul College. The team won a trophy and a $750 cash prize that will be split between the students.

The True North Stars Perkins Consortium has been working behind the scenes to provide financial support for the manufacturing tour field trips and the cost of transportation to the banquet in St. Paul.
