The Ely Planning Commission will hold a public hearing

The Ely Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 17, 2017 at 5:00 pm in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers of City Hall for the issuance of an Interim Use permit and Variance to Nick and Mary Wognum, for construction of a garage to be located at 240 E Wilson Street, from the date of IUP issuance until such a time when the property changes ownership. Per City Code 11.40, List of Permissible and Conditional Uses, this proposed use would NOT normally be allowed within an R-1, Single Family Residential Zoning District.
