A Public Hearing for City of Winton residents will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 5:30 PM in the Winton Community Center, 102 Main Street N., Winton, MN 55796.
The Public Hearing will address a proposed raise in Winton water and sewer rates for 2023.
