REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe City of Ely is requesting scaled proposals for any person holding a Master Electrician License to serve as a Master of Record for the City of Ely. The City of Ely will contract with a licensed Master Electrician to be the Master of Record for city buildings.Proposals for providing this service to the City of Ely will be accepted at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer/Administrator, 209 East Chapman Street, Ely, Minnesota 55731 until NOON, TUESDAY, February 27, 2007. Proposals should be marked on the outside envelope, Proposal for Master of Record, City of Ely. Proposal should be bid out for a one year period - March 1, 2007 - March 1, 2008. *Successful bidder must provide the City of Ely with evidence of insurance coverage in the minimum amount of $ 1,000,000.00, together with copy of policy declarations, before a contract will be entered into by the City for this service.The City of Ely reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities therein.Please contact EUC General Manager Terry Jackson at 218-365-2695 with any questions.BY ORDER OF THE ELY CITY COUNCILPatricia M.
