Veterans Rummage Sale this Saturday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to noon p.m. in the back building of the Municipal Building at 71 South Drive.
Yuletide Treasures will be held at the Nelimark Homestead Museum Nov. 6-8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4839 Salo Road and Hwy. 21 across from Timber Hall in Embarrass. The House is decorated and ready with unique gifts, handmade creations, fresh baked goods and candies.

Evangelical Lutheran Church, 28 Acacia Road, Babbitt, will host a farewell brunch for Ms. Hammer on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. All are invited to come, share some memories and wish Ms. Hammer farewell. Stay Active and Independent for Life (S.A.I.L.) sessions have resumed with a 9 a.m. and a 10:15 a.m. session each Tuesday and Thursday for 12 weeks. This exercise program is free, and designed for people over 60.
The Babbitt Rec is offering Pickleball for people to come play at the Municipal Building. Pickleball is played every Tuesday and Thursday night from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Municipal Center Gym. All ages welcome.
