Yuletide Treasures at the Nelimark Homestead Museum Dec. 11-13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4839 Salo Rd and Hwy. 21 across from Timber Hall in Embarrass. The house is decorated and ready with unique gifts ,handmade creations, fresh baked goods and treats.
On Dec. 13, the Ice Candle Celebration will take place in Embarrass. Take a drive through the cemetery sometime throughout the evening. Sloppy Joe’s, Christmas goodies and drinks will be served from 4-6 p.m. at the Town Hall (7503 Levander Road).
A Santa Claus Hay Ride will be held at Babbitt City Hall on Dec. 13 from 4-8 p.m. Craft spaces available, contact Kat at 218-966-5966.
A Snowmobile Safety Hybrid Class (field day) will be held in Babbitt on Dec. 20. This class is for students 11 and older who have completed the online course at http://www.snowmobilecourse.com/usa/minnesota. To register call Terri @ 218-827-2633.
