Dance for All with Sophia McLaughlin
All are welcome to this free, contemporary dance class designed for participants of all ages and abilities. Through improvisation and guided movement, dancers will explore shapes, patterns, and imagination while creating joyful movement together.
No previous dance experience required.
Sophia McLaughlin is an experienced dance artist who has worked with children, young adults, seniors, blind communities, and individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
Program length: 1 hour
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
