Ely Igloo Snowmobile Club snowmobile safety class will be held at Vermilion College on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Contact Dave Marshall at 218-343-1711. The online class must be completed.
The WolfTrack Classic Sled Dog Race weekend is Feb. 20-22. This will be the 18th running of the race.
At the Ely Public Library on Monday, Feb. 23 at 3 p.m. the program will be Hey, It’s a Holiday: National Bird Feeding Month. It’s cold outside, and our feathered friends would love a great meal! Come learn about National Bird Feeding month with Jessie and make some special treats for the birds in your neighborhood.
At the Ely Public Library on Tuesday, February 24 at 10:30 a.m. the program will be Move and Groove - for preschoolers with an adult. Get some of those wiggles out to the dance beat as Jessie leads kids in simple dances and stretches.
Braver Angels Gathering will be held Feb. 25 at 6 p.m., at the Ely Community Center. The topic will be enforcement of immigration laws.
The Ely School District’s high school band and choir concert will be on Tuesday, March 10 at 7 p.m. in the Washington Auditorium.
The Ely Film Festival will be held from Wednesday, March 11 through Sunday, March 15.
