Sophie Montana, of Ely, was named to the College of Charleston Spring 2026 Dean’s List. Montana is majoring in Elementary Education. To qualify for the Dean’s List (Distinguished), students must earn a GPA of 3.500 or higher and complete a minimum of 12 semester hours.
Cylvia DeBeltz, daughter of Dean and Cheri DeBeltz of Ely, Minnesota, received the Bison Merit Award for students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and the Bison Bold in recognition of academic excellence. DeBeltz will attend NDSU in the fall and major in radiologic sciences.
