Governor Tim Walz is extending an invitation to Canadians to visit Minnesota, reaffirming the state's long-standing relationship with Canada. Despite Canadian travel to the U.S. facing headwinds in recent months, Minnesota continues to be a top destination for Canadian tourists.

Explore Minnesota, the state’s promotion agency, is continuing its marketing outreach in Canada with ongoing advertising in Winnipeg and Thunder Bay, including broadcast and digital placements.
