Two citations for blight were issued to two different city residents An adult female was cited for driving after cancellation.
Squad posted outside the Northeast Range School multiple days and times for officer presence.
Assisted Ely PD with a suicide threat call Assisted St. Louis County Deputy with a vehicle in the ditch call – driver was identified and cited for driving with a cancelled driver’s license.
Check welfare on juveniles at the school- juveniles were waiting for a ride home, all was fine.
Assisted with a stalled vehicle by Niemi Road in Waasa.
Assisted St. Louis County Deputy with a vehicle in the ditch- the driver was identified and cited for driving with a suspended license.
Talked to an individual about driving their ultra-light plane on city streets – driver told it was illegal and he would be cited if he does it again.
Talked to an individual about tenant issues.
Assisted Ely PD with a suicide threats call.
Informed some juveniles that City Parks were closed at 10 p.m. and had them leave – juveniles were cooperative and respectful and left.
Found an activated red beacon alarm on the lift station across for the Junction Inn – PUC supervisor was informed and they responded.
A report of possible child neglect was taken – a report was completed and referred to St. Louis County Child Services.
A domestic call was taken and parties were separated for the night.

Assisted St. Louis County Deputy with a Physical Domestic Handled a suspicious activity call at the public boat landing.
Numerous traffic stops were made and warnings were given for various traffic violations.
