It was a short Fall Lake Township meeting with Christoph Ender given the opportunity to speak first.
Ender, who is with WICOLA, presented a proposal to the board to obtain an Aquatic Invasive Species CD3 boat cleaning station with the same deal recently accepted by the City of Ely. The Minnesota Lakes and Rivers received a LCCMR grant to pay for the units, and WICOLA will pay for the operating costs for three years.
The board said they would be interested in the proposal, and Ender will speak to his WICOLA board to confirm they would enter into the same agree with Fall Lake Township.
Clerk Cheri DeBeltz spoke with Voltz about obtaining a .gov domain for the township website address. This in needed for the township by June 1. The board agreed the address should be FallLakeTownshipMN.gov Dean Barrett said the transfer site is looking good for the winter.
Supervisor Eric Hart said there was no update on the Sunset Road project, as Lake County is in the middle of budget planning.
Supervisor Adam Masloski reported another meeting will be held with Bollig Engineering to narrow down ideas for the community center project.

• Received an email from Robin Vora regarding the Sunset Road project, which was read by DeBeltz.
• Received information about the RAMS annual dinner and meeting to be held on Dec. 9 at Iron Trail Motors Event Center. Also included was a notice of nominations for RAMS board of directors.
• Received information for the 2025 Breakfast for Heroes to be held on Oct. 28 at 8 a.m. at the Two Harbors American Legion. A donation of $250 will be sent, and have the Morse-Fall Lake First Responders included.
• Information was received for the Minnesota Association of Townships 2025 annual conference to be held on Dec. 11 at the St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center.
• Received notice that Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) applications are now open through Dec. 12.
• Received a thank you from Ely Community Resource for past support and donations.
• Received Northwoods Partners newsletter.
• Received a request for funds for Northeast Range/ Ely wrestling club. $400 was approved.
• Received the Winter Festival sponsorship request. $500 level was approved.
• The next Morse-Fall Lake fire meeting will be held on Oct. 14 at Morse town hall at 6 p.m.
• The next regular Fall Lake Township meeting will be held on Nov. 5 at 6 p.m.
