Susie grew up in Ely, Minnesota and graduated from Ely Memorial High School in 1971. She later became a successful travel agent in San Antonio, Colorado Springs, Houston, and Tulsa.

Susie was a loving and caring wife for over 44 years to her husband, Don. She was a deeply devoted mother to their son, Nick, and her son, Chad Manos.

Susie was the Sunshine of the family. She was a ball of fire that lit up a room like no other. Her whimsical personality was contagious to all. She cared for others, especially children, and the elderly. She nurtured family and friends, without hesitation, through their trials and tribulations.

She loved traveling, ice cream, watermelon, movies, and large buckets of popcorn.

Susie is survived by her husband, Don Bradford, Broken Arrow, son, Nick Bradford (Brittany), Santa Clarita, CA, son Chad Manos (Nicola), Norman, OK, brother, Rich Hyrkas (Anne), Duluth, MN, sister, Sharon Rolle, Minneapolis, MN, brother, Jerry Hyrkas (Sharon), Parker, CO, and grandchildren, Zach Bradford, Lydia Bradford, Lennon Bradford, Mazzy Bradford, and Bowie Bradford.
